Child Safety Standards & CSAE Prevention

AnonForum (operated by 32Inside) maintains an absolute Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). This document is published publicly in compliance with global child safety standards and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

AnonForum strictly prohibits the creation, dissemination, facilitation, promotion, or hosting of any content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates child sexual exploitation or abuse. Any such material or conduct is strictly illegal and will never be permitted on our services.

2. In-App Reporting Mechanisms

AnonForum provides clear, accessible tools for users to flag and report any inappropriate behavior or content:

• In-App Report Action: Every comment and discussion topic features an immediate "Report" button allowing users to report violations directly to administrators.
• Settings Help & Reporting: Users can submit urgent reports via the Settings menu in the Android application.
• Direct Escalation Channel: Child safety concerns can be emailed immediately to our safety leads at [email protected] and [email protected].

3. Enforcement & Remediation Protocols

Upon detection or receipt of any CSAM/CSAE report:

• The flagged content is immediately and permanently purged from all application databases and servers.
• The offending user account is permanently terminated and banned without prior notice.
• Associated technical identifiers and IP subnets are permanently blacklisted from our network.

4. Reporting to Global & National Law Enforcement

In strict compliance with statutory mandates:

• AnonForum reports verified incidents of CSAM/CSAE directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
• We cooperate unconditionally with applicable law enforcement agencies, including national cybercrime units (Indonesian National Police Cyber Division & Ministry of Communication and Informatics) and international authorities.
